We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager and Business Analyst to lead and deliver technology and operational improvement projects in the transport sector. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who can manage project delivery, support fleet and financial systems, and drive cross-functional collaboration to enhance operational efficiency.

You will be responsible for overseeing IT projects, managing systems that support fleet operations, and ensuring seamless integration of financial and operational platforms.
As IT Project Manager and Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders across business units, finance, and operations to translate requirements into actionable project plans, implement system improvements, and ensure successful adoption of technology solutions. You will also manage vendor relationships, procurement processes, and IT service agreements to optimize costs and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technology and operational improvement projects from initiation to closure.
• Define project scope, resource plans, timelines, and deliverables in line with business priorities.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Oversee implementation, maintenance, and optimization of fleet management platforms.
• Support operational teams with systems managing compliance, scheduling, routing, and tracking.
• Serve as a key contact for system vendors and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Manage ERP, billing, and finance platforms; ensure integration and data accuracy.
• Gather requirements, define system specifications, and facilitate workshops and process reviews.
• Manage vendor relationships, software licensing, IT service contracts, and procurement processes.
• Lead, mentor, and develop IT staff and project contributors.
• Promote a collaborative, service-oriented technology culture.

Job Experience and Skills Required: Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.

Experience:

• 5+ years in IT operations and project management roles.
• Proven success delivering cross-functional IT or business system projects.
• Experience in transport, logistics, or fleet management systems strongly preferred.

Skills:

• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable project plans and IT tasks.
• Vendor and contract management expertise.

Preferred Certifications:

• PMP or PRINCE2 Certification
• ITIL Foundation Certification
• Business Analysis or ERP-related certifications
