Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of technology and operational improvement projects
• Manage and optimize fleet and transport systems for compliance and efficiency
• Oversee financial systems integration including ERP and billing platforms
• Engage stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable IT solutions

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years' experience in IT operations and project management
• Proven track record in delivering cross-functional IT/business system projects
• Experience in the transport or logistics sector is highly advantageous
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in ERP systems, fleet management platforms, and financial systems
• Preferred Certifications:

• PMP or PRINCE2
• ITIL Foundation
• Business Analysis or ERP-related certifications
