- Minimum 5 years' experience in IT operations and project management
- Proven track record in delivering cross-functional IT/business system projects
- Experience in the transport or logistics sector is highly advantageous
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems, fleet management platforms, and financial systems
- PMP or PRINCE2
- ITIL Foundation
- Business Analysis or ERP-related certifications
