Microsoft Defender for Office 365 (Email Security Centre):
Skilled in configuring and maintaining email security through Microsoft Defender. Tasks include spam filtering, phishing protection, malware scanning, secure email flow configuration, monitoring threat detection reports, and responding to security incidents to ensure data integrity and user safety.
Microsoft Azure:
Experience with the Azure portal for resource provisioning and management. Familiar with identity and access management (Azure AD), virtual machines, storage accounts, and network configurations. Participated in basic automation and integration of cloud services to support business continuity.
VoIP Telephony (3CX on Yealink PBX):
Hands-on experience in managing 3CX VoIP systems deployed on Yealink PBX hardware. Tasks include system setup, extension configuration, call routing rules, voicemail management, firmware updates, and end-user training and support.
Stock Control and IT Asset Management:
Responsible for purchasing, maintaining, and configuring IT equipment. Track and manage inventory for hardware/software assets, ensuring correct allocation to users. Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding process by enabling or revoking access to company systems and tools.
ISP Liaison and Network Troubleshooting:
Act as primary point of contact with Internet Service Providers for fault reporting, troubleshooting, and escalations. Perform basic diagnostics (ping, traceroute, speed tests) and coordinate network issue resolution to minimize downtime.
End-User IT Support:
Provide comprehensive technical support to users, addressing hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Deliver prompt and effective troubleshooting, guidance, and training to ensure productivity and customer satisfaction across the organization.
