Job Description
IT Operations manager who will be managing 3 teams within the infrastructure space. The ideal candidate will be responsible for IT Infrastructure (Servers, networks), ensuring the support team which involves technical queries.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage IT operational teams, driving performance and alignment with business goals.
- Oversee daily operations, service level adherence, and delivery excellence.
- Mentor, coach, and upskill team members to build capability and growth.
- Design and implement processes that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance revenue.
- Apply broad IT operational knowledge to ensure effective collaboration across diverse teams.
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related
- Min 5 years experience in similar IT operations
- Proven experience and success in managing of teams
- Expertise in developing IT policies, managing technical and facilities teams
