Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BMC Helix IT Operations Management (ITOM) Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, configuring, and maintaining BMC Helix ITOM solutions, ensuring seamless IT operations, proactive issue resolution, and enhanced visibility across our or our clients' IT infrastructure. This role requires a strong understanding of ITOM best practices, excellent technical skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective BMC Helix solutions.
Description
Design, develop, implement, and configure BMC Helix ITOM modules including Helix Discovery, Helix Monitor, TrueSight Operations, Service Modeling, and Automation Console.
Perform data integrations between BMC Helix and other IT systems using various integration methods (e.g., REST API, SOAP, JDBC).
Customize and extend BMC Helix capabilities using JavaScript, Atrium Integrator, and BMC-specific scripting tools.
Minimum Requirements
4 years of hands-on experience with BMC Helix platform, specifically focused on ITOM modules.
Proven experience in implementing and configuring Helix Discovery, Service Modeling, and Event Management.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components (servers, networks, databases, storage, cloud platforms
