University degree/diploma in relevant field (computer science, engineering, sciences) or comparable qualification or 10 years IT experience
Required Certifications:

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
• ITIL Foundation

Essential Skills Requirements
Must have experience/understanding:

• VMware Workspace One - Intermediate level (UEM & Access)
• Microsoft Intune - Advanced proficiency
• Operating Systems - Advanced knowledge in at least one platform (iOS, AOSP, Windows, MacOS, Linux)
• Cloud Technologies - Experience with Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Services
• Zero Trust Framework - Implementation and management experience
• Microsoft Technologies (Advanced):

• Active Directory - Directory services management
• Azure Active Directory (EntraID) - Cloud identity platform
• SCCM - System Center Configuration Manager
• GPO - Group Policy Object administration
• Scripting Languages - PowerShell, Bash (Intermediate level)
• Mobile Technologies (Basic to Intermediate):

• Apple and Android - Device enrollment processes
• App Notarization - Application security processes
• Infrastructure Troubleshooting - Network and integration issue resolution
• ITIL Processes - Incident, Change and Problem management
• Technical Documentation - Standard operating procedures creation and maintenance
• Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter

Role Requirements
Working on Unified Endpoint Management solutions:

• Technical Integration - Plan, document, define, and evaluate integration information for major systems and components
• Maintenance Planning - Verify, plan and action maintenance tasks with infrastructure teams
• Platform Documentation - Define and document technology platforms and dependencies for multiple environments (test/integration and production)
• Impact Monitoring - Understand and monitor dependencies between technical and network environments, continuously improving operational stability
• Automation Development - Work on automation of platform operations, troubleshooting and maintenance topics
• International Collaboration - Interact with global product teams, external providers, vendors and customers
• Security First - Treat security as a first-class citizen in all operations
• Stakeholder Engagement - Work closely with stakeholders and development teams to improve Endpoint Management platform stability and availability
• Integration Leadership - Collaborate with IT teams on new feature and component integration
• Change Management - Plan and execute maintenance and infrastructure lifecycle tasks
• Incident Resolution - Resolve incident tickets and analyze problem tickets
