Ticket-Based Queue Management Systems. We offer real-time data on customer service & satisfaction levels, staff performance, and general operational & analytical feedback.

Our cloud-based big data and retail analytics solutions give management the ongoing ability to benchmark staff and overall service performance, as well as implementing real-time in-store market research.

We are a young, nimble team of professionals and are looking for the ideal

Network & IT Support Field Technician

candidate to expand our team.

Requirements

? Valid unendorsed South African drivers licence and

own reliable transport

;

? Clear criminal record;

? A self-starter with the ability to work unsupervised;

? Willingness and ability to embark on trips that cover the Western Cape, Eastern Cape, Kwa-Zulu Natal, Free State, and Northern Cape, for up to two weeks at a time;

? Valid passport and willingness to travel to Southern African countries including Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, and Swaziland.

? Honest and reliable, with a clear sense of responsibility and accountability;

? Excellent communication skills;

? Technical acumen including computer support as well as network maintenance and support;

? Ability to troubleshoot problems and resolve problems experienced on site;

? Willingness to put in extra time if and when required;

? Computer literate in MS Office, email etc.

Job duties

The successful candidate is a self-starter who will be required to build relationships with our regional customer base, and be responsible for installation and maintenance of Service

Systems equipment and systems at customer sites.

You should be capable of establishing and maintaining support call cycles and submitting complete records and paperwork to the relevant departments. Strong administration skills are advantageous, as well as a can-do attitude. Additional tasks may be assigned from time to time in line with any company requirements.

Ultimately, we are looking for a well-rounded candidate who can perform under pressure, work independently, multi-task well, and be good with people.
