Role Requirements

To thrive in this role, you are equipped with:


a three-year Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related advanced technology field.

You also bring recognised certifications in Networking, IT Security, and IT Service Management - credentials that reflect your commitment to excellence and continuous learning. These qualifications position you to contribute meaningfully to our focused learning solutions and future-ready capabilities. You bring 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in network engineering, with a proven track record in designing and implementing LAN, WAN, WLAN, and WWAN solutions. Your expertise spans network capacity planning, security principles, and best practices in network management. You are well-versed in telephony systems, operating systems, and troubleshooting methodologies. This experience enables you to lead with accountability and empower others through reliable infrastructure and proactive problem-solving.

Skills Requirements

You are a skilled project manager, capable of planning and executing complex network initiatives with precision. Your communication skills allow you to collaborate effectively across teams and articulate technical concepts clearly. These capabilities support our high-performance culture and foster people-centric experiences that drive engagement and innovation.
