Job Description
Responsibilities:
Managing daily IT operations, including network infrastructure, servers, applications, and end-user devices.
Overseeing IT projects, from planning to implementation, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Providing technical support to users, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring efficient technology use.
Managing relationships with IT vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring seamless integration of third-party solutions.
Training, and supervising IT personnel.
Implementing and maintaining security measures to protect the organization's IT infrastructure, data, and systems.
Essential Skills
Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, servers, applications, and security protocols.
Ability to identify and resolve technical issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement effective solutions.
Excellent communication skills to interact with users, stakeholders, and vendors.
M365 Management
Fortigate Firewall management and VPN knowledge
Installation and Maintenance of CCTV cameras and IP cameras. Dahua / Hikvision.
Knowledge of Veeam and Cove Backup systems
Sage 50C Pastel Partner Knowledge
Installation and setup of Ubiquiti Wireless links
Knowledge of IP addresses and Networks
IT qualification or relevant experience required.
A+ and N+ minimum requirement
