Responsibilities:

• System Maintenance and Improvements:

• Regularly update and maintain the Rocketxc2xae D3 Database platform, SB+ system builder, and Linux Red Hat Operating System to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Apply patches, updates, and upgrades as needed to keep systems up to date.
• IT Infrastructure Management:

• Plan, design, and manage the IT infrastructure to support the organization's needs.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively to ensure smooth operations.
• Security Management:

• Implement and maintain security measures to safeguard the systems and data.
• Monitor for security breaches and vulnerabilities, and take appropriate actions to address them.
• Problem Solving and Support:

• Respond to and resolve technical issues and incidents related to the mentioned systems.
• Provide timely technical support to end-users and address their concerns.
• Programming and Development:

• Develop, test, and maintain scripts, programs, and applications within the Rocketxc2xae D3 Database platform and SB+ system builder.
• Create custom solutions to address specific business needs.
• Documentation:
