Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) preferred.
Experience: 12-15 years of experience in IT management or a similar role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in IT infrastructure management, network administration, cybersecurity practices, and various software and hardware technologies.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Project Management: Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
