It Manager (manufacturing)
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage local IT infrastructure (network, servers, PCs, backups, DR)
Own local applications, patching, maintenance, and security
Provide end-user support via a centralized service desk
Manage IT vendors, contracts, SLAs, and costs
Oversee asset management, licensing, and compliance
Contribute to budgeting and continuous IT improvement
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in IT (or equivalent experience)
5 years or more experience in a similar IT management role
Strong Microsoft Server, AD, Networking & O365 skills
Solid troubleshooting, communication, and vendor management skills
Azure, PowerBI / Power Platform = nice bonus, not a deal-breaker
