Job Title:
IT Manager.
Qualification:
Grade 12
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field is often required.
Minimum Requirements:
5+ years of experience in IT, with at least 2 years in management or leadership capacity.
Strong analytical problem-solving, strategic thinking, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Expertise in managing various IT platforms, Syspro, networks, hardware, software, and cloud technologies.
SYSPRO 8 Administration certification.
Microsoft SQL Server (including SSRS, Creating SQL Views).
Basic SYSPRO customization (SRS and ODBC Reports).
Implementation of BI solutions.
Networking and active directory experience are essential with knowledge of virtual servers.
MS Office 365 and MS Office experience are essential.
Motoman knowledge will be an advantage.
Strong leadership, project management capabilities.
Familiarity with new technologies and industry trends.
Excellent communication skills.
Interpersonal and customers service skills.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
Goal and timeline driven.
Willingness to learn and to seek continual improvement within areas of responsibility.
Ability to work under pressure.
Motivated and enthusiastic.
Out of office travel will be required to oversee other branches.
Unendorsed drivers' license.
Familiarity with IT governance, compliance, and legal frameworks.
Experience with IT security management and disaster recovery planning.
