No pirate software or Licensing xefx82xb7 All license costs reviewed regularly ensuring no unnecessary spend. xefx82xb7 Ensure network is secured at all times. xefx82xb7 Ensure connectivity at all regions at all times and hardware maintained accordingly. xefx82xb7 Cost effective connectivity and redundancy xefx82xb7 Ensure average Alice(Internal cyber security tool) rating of less than 30% for FY2021 xefx82xb7 Necessary Cyber security protection in place to reduce the risk of cyber attacks xefx82xb7 User access updated at all times and reviewed monthly on ALL software systems. POS included xefx82xb7 IT problems at clients are identified, attended to and resolved within acceptable timeframes xefx82xb7 Estimates for tenders are compiled using available information and history xefx82xb7 New appointments meet the requirements of the job specification and preference is given in terms of employment equity goals xefx82xb7 Performance is monitored and reviewed at stipulated times xefx82xb7 Training or development needs of direct reports are identified, planned for and implemented xefx82xb7 Effective communication is practiced xefx82xb7 Subordinates are mentored and assisted in trouble shooting complex problems xefx82xb7 Subordinates report harmonious relationships xefx82xb7 Activities are planned annually and reviewed quarterly xefx82xb7 Feedback is provided to the Chief Financial Officer as stipulated xefx82xb7 Adherence and Compliance to the Service Level agreement between the business and the client to ensure Clientxe2x80x99s needs are met as per the agreement and service delivery to the Client is in line with the SLA.
