IT Manager ICT

We are searching for an IT Manager with the technical skills to maintain critical IT infrastructure, understands the complexities of operating within a global player, and excels in a matrix reporting structure. Lead critical success objectives in maintaining the highest server, network, application, and end-user computing infrastructure availability. We encourage you to apply if you have 8-10 years of diverse IT experience, including server administration, network management, database administration, and IT project management.

Key Qualifications:

• IT Diploma/Degree
• ITIL Certification
• ICDL Certification (or equivalent)
• Microsoft Certification (Server & Desktop)
• Network Infrastructure Certification

Responsibilities will include:

• Achieving and maintaining server, network, and application infrastructure availability.
• Managing IT expenses within budget targets.
• Leading and executing IT projects.
• Collaborating with departmental managers and executives on IT requirements.
• Developing and implementing global and local IT standards, policies, and procedures.
• Serving as the security coordinator for Cyber and Information Security and Identity and Access Management.
• Managing internal control systems for IT and overseeing annual audits.
• Handling forensic investigations when required.
• Developing and managing local IT performance KPIs.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring backup infrastructure is correctly installed, maintained, and aligned with global standards.
• Monitoring and addressing backup job statuses and efficiency.
• Managing data archiving and restoration activities.
• Overseeing disaster recovery planning and simulations.
• Maintaining server facilities and equipment, including patching and rebooting.
• Addressing server-related incidents and implementing proactive service improvements.
• Managing network cabling, switching configurations, and capacity.
• Administering end-user computing equipment and systems.
• Supporting business reporting and analytics services.
• Collaborating with IT suppliers and vendors.
