Job Description

An experienced and enthusiastic IT Manager required to support the IT Executive and team, in the development and implementation of IT systems both on site and at support office.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience working in IT operations, supervising technology teams, and overseeing large information technology projects.
• Excellent understanding of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and telecommunications systems.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Willing to travel

Duties and responsibilities:

• Implementing and driving change according to the IT Strategy
• Project managing IT Projects, both hardware and software
• Visiting sites to support implementations and reviews of the company IT implementations
• Work closely with senior management across departments to propose improvements to the existing IT systems and infrastructure
• Supporting and updating IT SOPxe2x80x99s.
• Set and implement IT standards and processes in compliance with industry standards
• Run and share regular operation system reports with senior staff
• Manage and coordinate the provision of server and network services, telecommunication, and data management
• Procure and manage relationships with hardware and software vendors
• Supporting remote sites by actioning requests for enhancements, change requests, updating configuration and updating required modules as needed.
• Communication of system updates such as new features to the various site personnel.
• Supporting the IT Executive where needed.
• Supporting the company software ecosystem.
• Ensuring adequate training documentation is in place and up to date.
• Ensuring adequate reporting on IT Solutions data is in place.
• To service IT users requests and incidents within defined SLAxe2x80x99s.
• To provide support to all IT disciplines within the company.
