Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead IT strategy, software development, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
- Oversee full SDLC a?? from requirements to deployment.
- Ensure secure, reliable IT systems and compliance with governance standards.
- Deliver IT projects (ERP, e-commerce, internal systems) on time and within budget.
- Mentor and grow IT teams, fostering innovation and collaboration.
- Manage IT budgets, vendors, and stakeholders effectively.
- Diploma/Degree in IT/Programming or equivalent work experience.
- 15+ yearsa?? software development experience, with 5+ years in IT leadership.
- Strong technical background: .Net (Framework/Core), APIs (JSON, REST, SOAP), JavaScript, HTML, CSS, MS SQL, Postgres SQL.
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, networking and cybersecurity.
Skills & Attributes
- Strategic IT planning and project management (Agile/Scrum).
- Strong leadership and people management.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of ISO, IT governance, compliance, and change control.
