Position: IT Intern
As an IT Intern at Quantum Insights, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will work closely with our IT team to support and maintain our technology infrastructure, troubleshoot technical issues, and assist with various IT projects.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and software
- Monitor and maintain our technology infrastructure, including servers, network devices, and security systems
- Perform regular backups and updates to ensure the security and integrity of our data
- Collaborate with the IT team on various projects, such as system upgrades and software implementations
- Document and maintain IT processes and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for improvements to our systems and processes
- Assist with other IT-related tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts and protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Proactive and eager to learn new technologies and skills
