Quantum Insights is seeking a highly motivated and driven IT Intern to join our team for a 6-month contract. As an IT Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced IT team and assist in various projects and tasks. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions
- Monitor and maintain network and server systems
- Assist in the implementation of new technologies and systems
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements
- Support end-users with technical inquiries and provide training when necessary
- Document and maintain IT procedures and protocols
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous internship or work experience in an IT role is a plus
