Tasks

• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues under the guidance of senior IT staff.
• Support the installation and configuration of computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Contribute to maintaining and updating IT documentation and records accurately.
• Participate in the monitoring and maintenance of computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members on various IT projects and initiatives to gain practical experience and skills.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of networking, operating systems, and software applications.
