Execute the process around the client equipment support. (Workstations, Laptops, Printers, tablets, mobile devices).
Help monitor equipment inventory, and order stock as needed.
Deploy and manage printing/scanning solutions.
Asset management of client-related equipment.
Execute Incident, Change, and Root cause ITIL processes.
Deliver service requests and incidents as per the SLA and OLA expectations.
Minimum Job Requirements
:
Currently studying towards an Information Technology Diploma or Degree.
Requires workplace experience/in-service training to complete Information Technology qualification.
Excellent skills using MS office (Excel Intermediate level a must).
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
Deadline driven and self-motivated.
Good attention to detail and innovative.
