Job purpose:

To ensure the effective implementation and maintenance of all the IT infrastructure
to assist the business in delivering on its profitability objective.
Key Accountable Responsibilities:
=====================================
To deliver on agreed SLAs, manage any out-of-line situations with the business. Reporting back to the line manager on the performance of their tickets. Ensure costs are maintained and the authorisation process is followed at all times. To ensure the delivery by third-party service providers against set SLAs, and timeous escalation to line manager of non-performance. Provide a professional and friendly service to all internal and external customers at all times.
Competency and qualification requirements:

IT Degree/Diploma/Certificate (A+, Network +, MCITP) Grade 12 2 years experience in Micro Finance 2 - 4 yearsIT Infrastructure experience
