AVOXI is seeking an IT Help Desk Technical Support professional to join our global team from Johannesburg, South Africa. The successful candidate will provide technical support to a global workforce using Apple MacBooks and various cloud technologies including Google Workspaces and Salesforce. The typical day will be 8a-5p South Africa Standard Time responding to user requests and working special projects to help business users apply new technology to their business challenges. There will be some schedule variations to accommodate special events and projects.
