Job Description

Technical Support

: Assist users with hardware, software, and network issues via email, phone, or in-person.

System Maintenance

: Perform routine checks, updates, and backups on company systems and devices.

User Onboarding

: Assist in setting up new user accounts, devices, and access permissions.

Documentation

: Maintain accurate records of support requests, system changes, and troubleshooting steps.

Software Installation

: Install and configure approved applications across user devices.

Asset Management

: Track IT equipment, assist with audits, and update asset registers.

Security Awareness

: Support basic cybersecurity practices (e.g., password resets, antivirus updates).

Learning & Development

: Participate in training sessions and shadow senior IT staff to build technical proficiency.

Project Assistance

: Provide support on IT-related projects, including research, testing, and rollout coordination.
