Prior internship or practical experience is advantageous but not required.

The IT Graduate will provide technical support under the guidance of the IT administration team and the Project Manager. The role includes assisting with system administration tasks and contributing to the ongoing improvement of the organisations digital tools, management information systems (MIS), data integrity, and technology infrastructure. This role is designed to develop strong foundational skills across IT support, systems management, cybersecurity awareness, and data reporting, while supporting departments with responsive and reliable technical services. Principal Accountabilities IT Support & Troubleshooting Provide support to staff on hardware, software, and connectivity issues Set up and configure laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals for employees Systems Administration Assist with account creation, user access control, and permission changes Support routine system maintenance, including updates, backups, and patching Monitor basic system performance and flag potential issues to IT Administrators Help maintain shared drives, collaboration tools, and internal platforms Data & Reporting Support Assist with data extraction, cleaning, and basic analysis for reports Support troubleshooting of internal systems or dashboards Conduct routine data quality checks and highlight inconsistencies Cybersecurity & Compliance Apply basic cybersecurity practices, including monitoring for suspicious activity Ensure devices meet required security standards Support IT audits and compliance checks (password controls, backups, user access) Educate staff on safe technology use and data protection policies Project & Administrative Support Contribute to IT projects such as system rollouts, software implementations, or upgrades Assist in creating training materials, user guides, and process documentation Maintain inventory of IT supplies and coordinate with vendors and shared service providers where required
