Job Description
IT Finance Specialist required in Centurion, on a hybrid working model (3 days in office) for a 12-month contract within the telecommunications industry. The IT Finance Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing financial planning strategies, preparing budgets and financial reports, managing cash flow, and ensuring tax compliance.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial planning strategies.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk mitigation.
- Ensure tax compliance and implement tax planning strategies.
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and optimise working capital.
- Lead financial decision-making and drive process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
- Support business expansion, financial technology adoption, and governance initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in cost accounting, risk management, financial strategy, managing budget and forecasting.
- Strong analytical ability, leadership skills.
- Proficiency in financial software.
- Expertise in financial reporting, compliance, and cost management.
