Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware and software systems
Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues
Perform system upgrades, software installations, and security patch management
Manage desktop and laptop inventory, ensuring that all devices are properly maintained
Assist with network connectivity and peripheral device configuration
Document all technical issues and resolutions in a detailed and organized manner
Collaborate with IT team members to ensure seamless technology operations
Experience and Skills Required:
Proven experience as a Desktop Technician or in a similar technical support role
Familiarity with common desktop hardware, including printers, monitors, and peripherals
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose technical issues
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus
