We are seeking a skilled and motivated Desktop Support Technician to join our client's IT support team. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing hands-on technical support to end users, ensuring smooth daily operations across hardware, software, and networking systems.

Requirements:
Matric
A+, N+, or MCDST certifications (or working toward them)
Strong knowledge of Windows OS (2010-11) and Windows Server (2012-22)
Backup software experience
Remote Support experience
