Job Title: IT & Design Officer / IT & Design AdministratorJob Summary

The IT & Design Officer is responsible for providing technical IT support while creating and managing digital and graphic design content for the organisation. The role combines information technology services with creative design to support branding, communication, system efficiency, and digital operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesIT Responsibilities

Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and peripheral devices Manage user accounts, access control, and system permissions Perform data backups, system updates, and basic cybersecurity practices Troubleshoot internet, email, and internal system issues Maintain IT asset registers and inventory Liaise with external IT service providers when required

Design Responsibilities

Design marketing, branding, and communication materials (posters, flyers, brochures, presentations) Create digital content for websites, social media, and internal communications Ensure brand consistency across all designs Edit images, videos, and multimedia content Support event branding and corporate identity initiatives

Minimum Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field 2-3 years' experience in IT support and/or design role Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CorelDRAW, Figma) Knowledge of IT systems, hardware, networking, and basic cybersecurity Strong computer literacy and technical troubleshooting skills

Working Conditions

Office-based with occasional field or remote support May require after-hours IT support when necessary
