IT Business Analyst (Microsoft Dynamics & SAP) (Contract) Kempton Park
We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst with strong exposure to both SAP ERP and Microsoft Dynamics. The successful candidate will play a key role in analysing business processes, documenting requirements, and supporting IT systems to meet operational and project needs.
Location: Kempton Park (Office-based)
Contract: 12 Months Fixed Term (possibility of renewal)
Start Date: ASAP - Must be an Immediate Joiner
Tools Provided: Laptop
Key Responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Document business processes, workflows, and system interactions.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
• Support implementation and integration between SAP and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Work closely with IT and business teams to ensure alignment of solutions.
• Prepare documentation including Business Process Documents and Process Flow Diagrams.

Qualifications & Experience

• Essential:

• Proven experience with SAP ERP and Microsoft Dynamics (high priority).
• 5-8 years' experience as a Business Analyst within IT environments.
• Strong background in Business Process Documentation and Process Flow Documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Visio for process mapping.
• Advantageous:

• 3-year IT Degree or Diploma (NQF6 minimum).
• Honours or B Tech degree in IT/Business Analysis.
• Business Analysis certification.
