Job Description

We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our team Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements
  • Analyze and document business processes
  • Identify areas for improvement and provide solutions
  • Develop user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are understood
  • Conduct testing and assist with implementation
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of Telco and Information Technology sectors
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
