We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our team Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements
- Analyze and document business processes
- Identify areas for improvement and provide solutions
- Develop user stories and acceptance criteria
- Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are understood
- Conduct testing and assist with implementation
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of Telco and Information Technology sectors
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
