Duties:

• Perform independent IT risk assessments to identify high-risk areas for assurance.
• Conduct audits to assess:
• Data integrity, security, and IT governance
• Software development processes
• Business continuity and disaster recovery
• IT general and application controls
• Execute pre/post-implementation reviews of new systems or enhancements.
• Assess cloud governance and cybersecurity posture.
• Deliver clear, objective internal audit reports with data-backed recommendations.
• Provide actionable insights on IT risks, particularly across applications, infrastructure, and security.
• Help drive project assurance and improve organizational effectiveness.

Job Experience & Skills Required:
Qualifications:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Degree in Information Systems, Security or related field
• Honours in Information Systems, Security or related field
• CISA

Experience:

• 4+ years' experience in IT auditing (eCommerce industry experience preferred)
• BIG 4 Audit Firm exposure would be highly advantageous
• Solid understanding of IT risk, control frameworks and auditing standards
• Familiarity with key IT domains - including cybersecurity, software development, and infrastructure
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to juggle multiple projects with excellent attention to detail
