It Audit Manager
Job Description
As the IT Audit Manager, your core mission is to provide critical assurance over the technology landscape that powers this fast-paced digital bank. This is not a traditional, back-office audit role. You will be a strategic partner to the business, engaging directly with senior leadership and the Audit & Risk Committees. Your challenge is to proactively identify and mitigate technology risks-from cybersecurity threats to infrastructure vulnerabilities-ensuring the bank's platforms remain secure, resilient, and compliant. Your impact will be safeguarding the bank's reputation and assets, enabling its continued innovation and growth in a complex regulatory environment.
Profile for Success:
- Demonstrated experience leading complex IT audits from planning through to reporting within a sophisticated technology environment (e.g., banking, fintech, or Big 4 advisory).
- Proven ability to engage with and present to senior stakeholders, including C-level executives and board committees.
- A track record of managing and developing audit professionals.
- Minimum Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Systems, Computer Science, Auditing).
- CISA certification is essential.
- 5+ years of IT audit experience, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership capacity.
- Strong technical knowledge of IT General Controls (ITGC), application controls, cybersecurity, and frameworks such as COBIT and COSO.
