Job Description

Our client in the telecommunications sector is looking for a IT Asset Readiness & Deployment contract duration of 6 to 12 months.
Role Overview: The IT Asset Readiness & Deployment role is responsible for ensuring that IT assets are properly prepared, configured, and deployed to end-users. This includes managing the lifecycle of IT assets from initial setup to deployment and ensuring they are ready for use.
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in IT Asset Management
Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of IT hardware and software, including operating systems, applications, and network configurations.
• Imaging and Configuration: Experience in imaging and configuring IT assets, including the use of tools like MDT (Microsoft Deployment Toolkit) and SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager).
• Troubleshooting Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve technical issues during deployment.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple deployments and maintain accurate records.
• Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure IT assets are correctly configured and tested.
• Communication Skills: Good communication skills to interact with end-users and other IT teams effectively.
• Time Management: Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks to meet deployment deadlines.
• Experience: Previous experience in IT asset management, deployment, or a related field is highly desirable.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate are a plus.
