EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS :
Grade 12
A+ and N+ certification
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED :
1 - 3 experience in Repair of Printers.
General computer and IT network skills.
The ability to read and interpret parts lists and service manuals for printers.
Troubleshooting failures in Toshiba/ HP printer hardware, software and components
Customer service skills and ability to communicate with clients on the phone and in person.
Communication skills with service controller and management.
Physical ability to lift heavy equipment if needed.
Valid driver's license.
Excellent time management to meet daily workload
Ability to work independently.
Excellent phone etiquette
Troubleshooting based on the customers description of the problem and/or error codes,
Telephonic support if possible.
Identification of parts required to fix device.
Communicate requirements and arrange for procurement of parts.
Fitment of parts and testing of printer.
Completion of job cards with relevant information required for cost control.
Installation of new printers, connection to networks and setup of users.
Refurbishment of high value consumable parts and printers.
Keeping abreast of repairs to latest models through training provided.
Monitor printers via software for preventative maintenance requirements.
Identification and correction of recurring problems at specific clients.
Preparation of reports on quality of repair services
Project and protect a professional company image.

Pay: R4000,00 - R15000,00 per month
