The incumbent will serve as the first point of contact for end users, doctors and patients seeking technical assistance and medical information over the phone, via the Helpdesk or email
Key Work Output & Accountabilities:
IT Helpdesk tickets and escalation
Sending of digital reports and support
Computer setups and configurations
Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
Administrative Skills
Resolve basic networking issues
Always maintain strict confidentiality
Ensure you understand the POPI Act legislation
Minimum required Education:
Matric Certificate
A+ and N+ Certification
PACS Administrator Certification (PREFERRED)
