Minimum Requirements
- An A+, N+, MCSA or equivalent qualification
- A minimum of 2 years in an IT administrator role
- Administering Microsoft Active Directory
- Installing desktop operating systems
- Installing and supporting Office 365 Applications
- Experience with ticketing systems and work scheduling
- On Key experience is advantegous
- Administers the service request queue and IT mailbox
- Assists with remediating desktop security threats
- Resolves service requests according to SLA
- Managing issuing and return of work orders
- Creates/amends/deletes user accounts in all systems
- Attends meetings and updates documentation
- Processes invoices for payment
