ISO Controller

To maintain and continuously improve the ISO Integrated Management system, ensuring that the organisation operates in a legal and ethical manner while meeting business objectives and targets as well as ensuring that the business is compliant with Legal, standards and other requirements.

Main duties and responsibilities:

Timely, accurate and efficient preparation, distribution, and management of documentation.

Create a sound internal control and monitor adherence to them.

Proactively conducts Internal Audits on processes, practices, and documentation [Includes but not limited to Hygiene Audits, Supplier & Sub-Contractor Audits], as well as ensuring that findings & observations are closed out accordingly together with compiling relevant Audit reports.

Sitting in on all External ISO Audits i.e. 3rd Party Audits, Certification Body Audits, etc.

Correspondence to employees on all legal compliance, internal policies, and procedures.

Educate and train employees on regulations and practices relevant to the organisation.

Address employee concerns or questions on legal compliance.

Draft and revise company Policies and Procedures

Ensures that the Company's Quality Assurance, Occupational Health, Safety & Environmental Legal, Standards, and Other Requirements are adhered to.

Ensures that mandatory quarterly meetings [Management Review Meetings and HSE Committee Meetings] are held.

• All outcomes are targeted and actions out, as well as compiling relevant minutes and task allocations.

Reporting of all workplace related incidents and ensuring that internal investigations are completed accordingly.
