Job Description

TheAppleGuyZA is currently hiring an expieranced level iOS Service Technician. The position requires the candidate to be capable of performing technology related tasks in store.

Responsibilities and Duties



Provide mobile repair, virus removal or other cleanup services. Provide remote support or onsite support to residential customers. Field incoming service calls. Diagnose and troubleshoot iOS hardware and software. Perform repairs on iOS hardware and software. Initiate, document, and update our Service Repair Order (SRO) system. Address repairs based on a work queue system. Communicate with customers regularly (diagnosis, solutions, options, ready for pick-up, etc.) Maintain a clean work area at the end of the day. Miscellaneous office tasks/duties.

Qualifications:



Mac OS and iOS experience. Responsive, attentive to detail, and able to communicate effectively. Desire to work within a team, and the ability to work independently. Excellent technology problem solving skills and ability to stay current on best solutions. Highly organized. Must be able to self-manage projects with minimal supervision.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R10000,00 - R15000,00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Morningside, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Work Location: In person
