This role focuses on improving a flagship hearing aid solution while contributing to mobile development best practices across the broader product ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain native iOS applications, ensuring clean, scalable, and efficient code
• Collaborate across the full application lifecycle: planning, design, development, deployment, and maintenance
• Implement automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps processes
• Provide guidance on iOS best practices and mentor junior developers
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, CE, ISO)

Job Experience and Skills Required:
Education:

• Minimum: National Senior Certificate
• Preferred: Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or related field

Experience:

• 3-5 years as an iOS Developer
• Proven track record of delivering native iOS applications

Skills:

• Languages & Frameworks: Swift (Advanced), Combine, RxSwift, Core Data, Core Bluetooth
• Architecture & Design: Dependency Injection, MVVM, MVC
• Tools: Xcode, Git, GitHub Actions, Xcode Cloud, Command Line Tools
• Testing: Unit Testing (Advanced), Performance Testing
• UI/UX: SwiftUI, Core Animation, Lottie, Accessibility, Localization
• Other: CI/CD, App Lifecycle Management, Background Execution, App Review Guidelines
