Stock/Invoicing ClerkArea: Laserpark, HoneydewPackage: - Basic Salary: R18 000 to R20 000 depending on experience; Medical Aid; Provident Fund; 13th Cheque; Performance BonusPurpose of the position: This position will focus on invoicing/stock and the successful candidate must have an understanding of the financial aspect. Candidates with debtors/creditors experience will be considered.Duties:Daily InvoicingProcessing of credit notesInvoice reconciliationRequest stock for projects and installationsWeekly stock reconResolve stock varianceRequirementsMatric/Grade 12Relevant certificate/DiplomaMinimum 2 years invoicing experienceMinimum 2 years stock management experienceERP System experienceAttention to detailDead-line drivenAbility to prioritise tasksSkills Erp System, Attention To Detail, Stock Management, Invoicing
