Stock/Invoicing Clerk
Area: Laserpark, Honeydew
Package: - Basic Salary: R18 000 to R20 000 depending on experience; Medical Aid; Provident Fund; 13th Cheque; Performance Bonus
Purpose of the position: This position will focus on invoicing/stock and the successful candidate must have an understanding of the financial aspect. Candidates with debtors/creditors experience will be considered.
Duties:
Daily Invoicing
Processing of credit notes
Invoice reconciliation
Request stock for projects and installations
Weekly stock recon
Resolve stock variance
Requirements
Matric/Grade 12
Relevant certificate/Diploma
Minimum 2 years invoicing experience
Minimum 2 years stock management experience
ERP System experience
Attention to detail
Dead-line driven
Ability to prioritise tasks
