Invoicing & Control Clerk - Klapmuts, Cape Town - R15 000 to R17 000
We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Invoicing & Control Clerk to join our team. This is a dynamic role covering a variety of functions across debtors, invoicing, logistics, stock, and POS/promo management.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer invoicing, reconciliations, claims & queries
Booking trucks/couriers & scheduling driver routes
Managing POS/promo items stock, movements & sourcing
Warehouse stock reconciliations & order checks
Requirements:
Matric (tertiary education is an advantage)
Strong Excel & Outlook skills
Sage Intact experience (or willingness to learn)
Exposure to online sales portals (Takealot, Yuppiechef, Shoprite, etc.) is beneficial
Own reliable transport is essential
Personal Traits: Dependable | Detail-oriented | Self-disciplined | Team player
Position vacant from 1 November (ideal start date earlier for handover/training).
