About the Role
Were seeking a commercially-savvy Senior Product Manager to lead the design, development, and continuous enhancement of investment deposit products. You will act as both Product Manager and Product Owner, collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive innovative, compliant, and client-centric investment solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
This is a hybrid opportunity based in Sandton, requiring 3 days per week onsite.
What You will be doing
Own and drive the full lifecycle of investment deposit products from ideation through to delivery and enhancement.
Use research, market insights, and customer feedback to define the product roadmap and value proposition.
Deliver competitive pricing, innovative solutions, and segment-aligned offerings.
Ensure compliance with risk, governance, and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with internal teams across strategy, risk, finance, tech, and operations.
Influence stakeholders at multiple levels to ensure alignment and business value delivery.
Track and drive performance to grow Net Interest Income (NII) and Non-Interest Revenue (NIR).
What You Bring
Bachelors degree in business, finance, technology, or engineering.
5+ years experience in product development/management within financial services.
Strong understanding of investment or deposit products.
Sharp commercial acumen and problem-solving mindset.
Proven ability to lead product strategy and delivery in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
