Job Description

A leading and innovative investment and financial services firm is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Investment Solutions Support Specialist to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the onboarding of new business at underlying MANCO level.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and clients to ensure delivery of high-quality investment solutions.
  • Handle client queries efficiently and timeously.
  • Collaborate with project managers on technology changes and implementations.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholder expectations regarding new applications.
  • Engage with product/service providers on administrative tasks.
  • Capture portfolio and investment data accurately.
  • Maintain strong professional relationships with clients, ensuring a consistently high level of service.
  • Support regulatory reporting including SARB and Reg 28 requirements.
  • Reconcile data between the investment admin platform and retirement fund asset managers.
  • Contribute to process reviews and special projects.
  • Submit daily trade files and resolve related queries.
  • Assist the investment team in developing automated systems and processes.
  • Utilize CRM and BI tools for effective client information management.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks.
  • Assist in complaint resolution and product/service troubleshooting.
Skills & Attributes Required:
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Capable of managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines
  • High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, functions), Word, PowerPoint, Power BI
  • Experience working with databases and research tools
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Professional, client-centric approach
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Commerce or equivalent NQF qualification (mandatory)
  • Valid driver's license and own reliable transport
  • Willingness to work overtime when required
  • Solid time management and multitasking abilities
  • Strong work ethic and initiative-driven mindset
