• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field (MBA or CFA a plus).
• Proven experience in product management or a related role within the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets, and regulatory requirements in South Africa.
• Excellent project management and leadership skills.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse and interpret complex financial data.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Research, identify, and assess market opportunities for new investment products.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to conceptualise and develop innovative investment solutions.
• Conduct competitive analysis to ensure our product offerings remain competitive and relevant.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging investment opportunities.
• Analyse market data and customer feedback to make informed decisions about product enhancements and adjustments.
• Work closely with the User Experience (UX) and Customer Insights teams to ensure that investment products align with customer needs and expectations.
• Continuously improve the customer journey and user interface for investment products.
• Lead cross-functional project teams to launch new products or make significant product updates.
• Develop project plans, set milestones, and ensure timely execution to meet product launch deadlines.
• Act as the subject matter expert for investment products within the organisation.
• Provide training and support to sales and customer service teams to ensure they have the knowledge needed to promote and support the products effectively.
• Monitor the performance of investment products and recommend adjustments and improvements based on data-driven insights
