An exciting opportunity awaits a highly analytical and commercially driven Investment Portfolio Manager to join a dynamic front-office team specializing in fixed-income execution, macroeconomic strategy, and structural hedge portfolios. This role offers direct exposure to global and local financial markets, allowing the ideal candidate to navigate interest rate dynamics and execute high-impact investment strategies.
Key Responsibilities:

• Execute fixed-income trades across Bonds, Derivatives, FX, Money Market, and Collateral instruments.
• Develop and implement best-in-class investment strategies for asset allocation and portfolio construction.
• Support the firm's structural hedge program and optimize interest rate risk mitigation initiatives.
• Identify investment opportunities with superior risk-adjusted returns, contributing to strategic balance sheet positioning.
• Build and maintain quantitative models and macroeconomic dashboards to guide decision-making.
• Provide regular global and local macroeconomic updates to key stakeholders, enhancing market awareness.
• Assist in hedging foreign currency flows and managing non-traded market risks.
• Collaborate with internal trading desks and external institutions on market strategy and execution.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks such as Basel III, LCR, and NSFR, while maximizing portfolio returns.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or a Quantitative field.
• Minimum 5 years of front-office experience in fixed income, trading, structuring, or portfolio management.
• Strong knowledge of financial instruments, including interest rate swaps, FX products, and bond markets.
• Proven ability to develop and utilize quantitative models to support portfolio strategy.
• In-depth understanding of regulatory considerations in liquidity and capital management.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage across teams and senior stakeholders.
