Weve got a position available for an investigator
Company: King Price (Limpopo)
Purpose of position:
Investigating and validating claims in the Limpopo area.
Responsibilities:
- Examining all claim-related facts in order to determine the validity of a claim
- Managing multiple claims with confidence and accuracy
- Making decisions and recommendations on claims
- Interviewing claimants and witnesses
- Compiling detailed reports
- Matric (essential)
- Minimum of 3-5 years short term insurance claims experience
- Have a solid understanding of the claims philosophy and the application thereof
- Currently residing in Limpopo
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel
- RE5 qualification and FAIS credits (advantageous)
- Live out the King Price values
- Be a team player
- Problem solving and analytical thinking skills
- Report writing skills
- Communication skills (verbal and written)
- Conflict handling skills
